What are the benefits of psychosynthesis therapy?

1:1 psychosynthesis therapy helps you understand and integrate the different parts of yourself, so you feel more coherent, grounded, and able to act from choice rather than old patterns. It offers a gentle, depth‑oriented space to explore both your pain and your potential, working with imagination, embodiment, and meaning. Over time, it supports a clearer sense of direction and a more compassionate relationship with yourself, so life feels less fragmented and more aligned.

How long is each session and how many sessions will I need?

Our sessions would be one hour a week, either online or face to face in Chester.

I offer both short term and long term therapy. The amount of sessions needed is highly personal and can be discussed on an individual basis

What can I expect from my first session?

First, we would have a brief phone conversation to discuss why you are seeking therapy. If you are happy to proceed, our initial session would be relaxed, covering basic information as well as making a start on your healing journey.

Where do you see clients?

I see clients both face to face in Chester and online.
